About

I care about designing with empathy and thoughtful research at the center. I am most motivated when I am listening closely, questioning assumptions, and navigating complex challenges. I enjoy mixed-methods research, but what I value most is working directly with users to help demystify what is really going on beneath the surface. From there, I love prototyping ideas, testing them in the real world, and collaborating with cross functional and multidisciplinary teams who enjoy the process.
